Hey guys, I want to thank you for your encouraging words. Im pushing through this thing. However, I did decide to start the eating clean diet which is eating 6 small meals a day with protein and complex carbs at every meal. I've been reading Tosca's book Eat-Clean-Diet Recharged. It totally makes since to me and something that I can stick with long term. I'm happy to report that I'm still losing I'm down another pound so I'm sure I'll see good results with this change. I missed my work out on Saturday. I was just so tired but I continued to eat clean. So on Sunday I worked out. I was able to do 40 minutes cardio and 30 reps for legs and abs. I hate that the muscle work is taking so long to complete. I'm starting to get a little annoyed by that and I'm also starting to get bored with the cardio workout. I don't know why because I still cant jump through the entire DVD. I have to stop every few minutes to catch my breath. I think I may need to add new music to my play list to get excited about it again. Is anyone else feeling this way?
I'm glad I'm almost finished with the 1st 10 days. It has been a rough journey but I'm still hanging in there.
