As I'm writing this I'm trying to keep from closing this laptop and rolling over. I just finished my cardio tonight. I'm so pooped and sore I hope that I'll be able to walk tomorrow. Shout out to Roxy my first follower. Thanks Chica for the support.
Anyhow let me tell you about my supposed Day 1
Okay, guys so I kind of messed up. I set my alarm to wake up on Sunday around 9ish. Did I get up? Heck No!!!!!! I slept until 11. I woke up and I tell you guys procrastination is ugly. I didn't work out until 2ish. I wrote on TAM's facebook about how hard the workout was and you guys gave me much encouragement. So I worked out and ate right up until dinner. I had a slice of pizza. Eeeeeekkkkkk :( I know, I know. I'm so bad it's terrible. I only had it because I felt guilty that I had all this left over food from the family that I had over the holidays. Plus I still hadn't gone shopping for the groceries for TAM's menu. Then In my head I kept telling myself oh you'll be okay, on weight watchers your way under your points and you did your workout. WHAT???? Who does that? Who mixes and matches diets? Then as I continued to read TAM's fan page I realized I need to start over fresh and also because I saw some pictures of some fans and I tell you the results are amazing! They are sticking to the plan by the book. So yesterday was officially my 1st day. It didn't go the way I wanted totally but its a start. I'm so exhausted that I will write to you about Day 1 & Day 2 tomorrow.
