Day 7-9 Snowed In And Too Many Excuses!

Wow, I have 8 followers now.  Wooohoot! Thank you guys for continuing to support me.  When I saw that I had two new followers it motivated me to workout because I was making every excuse in the world not to workout but I knew that I needed to have somthing to report.  My biggest excuse was that I've been trapped in my house since Sunday.  We have a big snow storm here in Georgia.  The city is shut down!!!!!  State Of Emergency!!!!   I know, I know that's not really an excuse because the snow has nothing to do with me not working out.  LOL!!!!  I guess I got that lazy bug but still trying to push through. 

I'm still trying to eat clean.  I did have kamut (ancient wheat grain, high in protein) pancakes and a couple of sips of some fruit punch.  I went on the scale this morning and it's up a l lbs or few oz.  I haven't had a bowel movement so maybe that's why. (sorry T.M.I.)  Okay.... okay I'm lying now that I think about it I had a few of the hubby's fries.  Just a handful.  I kept picking at them while I was making dinner.  He was trying to shovel the snow from our driveway and I snuck a few.  Eeeeeekkk, I guess I did some damage. 

I've been able to continue with my 40 minutes of cardio but still not able to jump the entire DVD.  However, I do feel stronger and not out of breath as much.  My shins are starting to hurt a little as I jump but nothing to complain about.  I also find it very odd that I haven't had any problems with my knees.  
I was able to get through the arms. I felt the burning in my arms after I stopped and it kind of felt good.  Very strange...........
I took a look at Day 11-20 muscle work and it really does look intimidating.  I don't have any chairs in my home that I feel comfortable stepping on.  So I'm not sure what I should do about those moves.  I guess I'll cross that bridge once I get there.  Any suggestions?  Please leave your comments.
